The Newcastle Medical Centre is situated within Boots the Chemist, Hotspur Way, Eldon Square, and geographically is city centre based. There is disabled access to the surgery via the main entrance. Your health is the most important thing to you and us and to this end we have a full complement of medical and administrative staff.

If you would like to register with the Newcastle Medical Centre, then it couldn't be simpler. Just download the two attachments (registration form and health form), complete them and bring them along to the practice.

We will then complete your registration and offer you a "mini-MOT" with the Practice Nurse. This will give you the chance to discuss your health needs and allow us to inform you about the other services within the practice that are available to you.
